This brand was an American telecommunication equipment corporation at the first stage. It was the Motorola’s cellular phone division. And it was known as PCS or Personal Communication Sector. They were the first to launch the flip phone in the year 1990. Motorola had a huge impact on the analog phone market but they slowed down when it comes to the digital. But they joined the race by introducing the Razr which is a very thin flip phone. And recently they have made some smart phones having the Google's Android operating system. In the year 2011 the cellular division of them was separated as Motorola Mobility.
