Vivo Y91 belongs to the low-mid range budget group which is currently one of the most-demanding areas in the current smartphone market of Bangladesh. There is a huge amount of consumers interested in good quality phones in this price range. So, let us see where Vivo Y91 stands. The closest competitors of Vivo Y91 would be phones like Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite, Samsung Galaxy J6 or Oppo A3s. The clear disadvantage of Vivo Y91 is that it comes with an MTK6762R chipset which will provide much slower performance than Mi A2 Lite&rsquo, s Snapdragon 625 chipset with simplified Android One OS. Furthermore, the price of Vivo Y91 is higher than Mi A2 Lite. We also consider Galaxy J6&rsquo, s Exynos 7870 chipset better with Samsung&rsquo, s superior software optimization. Even the Oppo A3s comes with much better pricing and Snapdragon 450 chipset which is slightly better regarding performance. So, performance wise, Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite is the champion and Vivo Y91 is way behind in the competition. When it comes to the camera, we put Galaxy J6 is the top position because of Samsung&rsquo, s traditional but sophisticated camera technology with clear shots, natural colors and ambient. We also have the Nokia 3.1 Plus with similar camera technology. Generally speaking, we are not very fond of Xiaomi, Huawei, Oppo, Vivo etc. brands AI polishing camera technology in this price range which delivers quite artificial and excessively soft toning photos with the same kind of AI scene recognition. But slow-mo., portrait bokeh, HDR, PDAF etc. are some agreeable features offered by Vivo. The battery of Vivo Y91 will provide satisfactory backup, but there is no fast charging technology. Standard features such as OTG, face unlock, fingerprint etc. are included. The design is quite nice and admirable, especially with the minimal notch and large display. But the body is made of plastic and there is no gorilla glass protection in the front. Overall, it is still a decent phone for the cost, but we put the phones mentioned above from Samsung, Nokia and Xiaomi in a higher position.
